Hot summer fever always makes me such a freak for frozen delights. So I’m happy to share one more healthy, super easy recipe for a frozen banana delight. And this time, hardcore banana ice cream that just screams “EAT ME”.
|Vegan Banana-Berry Ice Cream|
What U need:
1/2 a cup almonds and walnuts
1/2 a cup berries of your choice
How it goes:
Peel, slice and freeze bananas for at least 12 hours.
Mince almonds and walnuts with a food processor. Move to a bowl.
Mince frozen bananas for a few minutes in pulses with a food processor to a smooth but firm mixture.
Slice the pitted dates and add to the mixture. Turn on food processor for a few seconds.
Add almonds and walnuts and mince for a few more seconds. Pour the mixture to a bowl.
Add berries and mix with a spoon.
